Our first-ever release under our own name. A 100% Pinot Noir rosé from the exceptional 2025 vintage – the year with the long, generous summer.
The fruit was picked at full ripeness – something we don’t take for granted in the UK – giving the wine both clarity and depth from the outset. Everything in the vineyard has done its job. Everything in the winery has been handled with care.
All that’s left is to chill it, pour it, and enjoy it.
