This was the first wine we ever made from fruit grown at Crows Lane Estate.

The ripeness in 2024 made the decision for us – it was too good to ignore. From the outset, the aim has been clear: to produce some of the best red wines this country can offer, starting with what our own land can do.

This wine is where that starts.

  • 100% Pinot Noir from our own vineyards
  • Destemmed and pressed
  • Fermented in old Burgundy barrels for 8 months
  • Regular punchdowns and pumping over
  • Sweetness level: Dry
  • Suitable for vegans
  • Alcohol: TBC
Tasting Notes

Bright red cherry and wild strawberry form the core, layered with subtle raspberry, rose petal and a touch of white pepper. Lightly spiced, with a silky, refined finish.
